This is to inform you that our International Customer Support and Fax numbers have changed to +44.2033843830 and +44.2033843831 respectively.
We request you to update your contact databases accordingly and wait for more localized numbers of our customer support as we are now working on expanding our support base to various locations in order to serve our members from their own countries.
To start with, the local customer support numbers for India are the next in the pipeline to be announced.
TVI Express CUSTOMER SERVICE UPGRADE
We, at TVI Express target to offer Customer Service that is up to the demanded standards of our Customer Base. And in pursuance of this goal we have incorporated the following upgradations in our Customer support system.
1) Advanced IVR: We have introduced an IVR system in our International Phone Support Line so that a specific type of call/query is routed to the executive who has an expertise in the field and also, no calls are missed if the lines are busy as each and every call from our members update us about the developments of our business.
2) Dedicated Customer Support for India: With the launch of the India office an independent customer support department will be made functional for the Indian members, so that the members of the nation who contributed the most to our business, get local support!
3) Expansion of International Customer Support: We have spread our International Customer support to more locations, so the turn-around time of tickets and e-mails can once again be narrowed down to 48 hours. In the recent past, due to the heavy inflow of tickets & mails and also the constantly remunerating member base, we were unable to meet the committed turnaround time for our responses, but our members can rest assured that we would regulate the
turnaround time by all means and under all circumstances as we understand the importance of communication in the network marketing industry.
A product or a price advantage can be duplicated but experience and a strong customer service culture cannot be copied and hence, we have initiated a drive to strengthen it and thus serve our members at its best because our member fraternity deserves to be taken care of.
